Spacious room and great location (walking distance to Ginza).

This hotel was extremely close to the train station. We walked with our luggage. There is a food court near by and several 7 elevens stores. I would stay again. The hotel is more of a boutique hotel but we didn't need anything more than a home base, clean efficient room friendly staff.. They gave us cookies when we left. Very cute.

It was all fine except when the staff didn’t initially want to help me with calling the Uber driver in whose car I left my bag. The guy at the front desk came up with all sorts of excuses like “our hotel cannot be intermediary between parties”. What? A four star hotel for which I was paying top high season dollar should have staff who can help tourists with the language barrier. In the end, without leaving the front desk, I dialled the number and the guy must have lost patience with my broken Japanese and finally helped to arrange the drop off of the lost item at the hotel.

We booked this hotel for the excellent location at a reasonable price. The location is barely 3 blocks from Tokyo Station, which is a hub of rail and subway transport, as well as site of many restaurants and shops. Taxis are always there as well. The hotel itself was modern, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the room was clean and staff were very helpful. If you are an English speaker and do not speak Japanese, realize that few people in Tokyo including at this hotel speak much English. There is a speech "translator" apparatus at the Front Desk - we did not notice it until the day of departure. Nonetheless, we communicated sufficiently well. The breakfast is not free but there are many nice bakeries and small cafes in the vicinity. A nice touch was an afternoon/evening free coffee/tea service on the 2nd floor, which also had cookies and pretzels free-of-charge.

The rooms were very large, especially for central Tokyo. Hotel was in a good location, close to the Imperial Palace and only a 5 minute walk from the metro, so very easy to get around. The hotel put on tea/coffee and snacks for guests to help themselves to in the afternoon which was a nice touch. Lots of options for breakfast.

Very convenient to access from NEX and the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station, both on foot or by taxi. -If needing to access the NEX to get to Narita, you can ask the taxi driver to drop you off at the NEX/Marunouchi North entrance to avoid needing to the cross through the station. Our room was the superior twin and was very nice, beds were comfortable. Also super close to other stations and walking to Ginza. The extra space is actually just an entrance area/hallway, which truthfully doesn't give you extra usable space except maybe for storing luggage. It could have been laid out better to take advantage of the space more, but still worth it in my opinion. The room was very quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with wifi constantly dropping, which was annoying considering how much we paid for the stay. When I mentioned this to staff I was given a device to plug into a LAN cable in the room - the cable is in the cable bag in the room and for the corner room we were in, the LAN cable plugged into a socket in the table/counter above the fridge by the window.

Hotel location was excellent as it intersects with a few train lines so is convenient to let us choose which direction is the quickest. Loved the rooms as they were big enough for luggages to be lying around to pack unlike some of the smaller rooms. So I would say price point was justified for size and location. Bed size was also ideal as it wasn't pushed against some wall so it was spacious enough for any overhang.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from Tokyo station. There are numerous cafes and convenience stores in the vicinity. Even if you are hungry in the middle of the night, there is a 24 hrs Sukiya within walking distance from the hotel. Although near to Tokyo station, the hotel was located in a quiet side of the town without any crowds. We were two persons and there were sufficient space in the room including a luggage storage space behind the entrance door.

Access to the Tokyo Station was a plus. The neighborhood is impeccably clean and walkable in all directions. The area offers a variety of dining options from super local casual to as high end as you like. Shopping of all sorts within 10 minutes. There is a nice variety of "oops I forgot it amenities" located near the lobby that includes disposable wash clothes that are not always available in Asian/European bathrooms if you are accustomed to such creature comforts.

The room was clean and tidy. The sets of pajamas provided for two nights were soft and comfortable. Location was good as you can go into Tokyo Station via underpass (exit 24) if you turn left after coming out of the hotel. If you turn right, you will pass Meidiya supermarket (very nicr) and proceed to Ginza. The hotel staff, from the reception (all receptionists were very good and fluent in English), to the breakfast staff (very kind, attentive to guests’ needs). The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the Japanese breakfast, which was tasty and cooked with care. The complimentary coffee/tea with free biscuits were great too. The complimentary personal items (eg toothbrush, body wash cloth, shavers, etc) were very much appreciated.
